PLEASE NOTE: PRE-ORDER POLICY
All our hair is ordered on PRE-ORDER (10-14 working days). Because we order your hair especially for you, we do NOT allow cancellations after 24 hours of payment. 
If you cancel after 24 hours, a 30% handling fee will apply.

7-DAY RETURNS AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR HAIR

You have 7 days from the day you RECEIVE your hair to request a return or exchange.

Conditions for Return — Your hair MUST be:

UNUSED, UNWORN & UNINSTALLED — not installed, cut, or glued at all.

In original packaging with all tags still attached.

Lace NOT cut, NOT tinted, NOT bleached, NOT plucked.

Bundles still sealed.

Hair NOT washed, straightened, curled, or smelling of perfume / smoke.

We CANNOT accept returns if:

Hair has been worn or installed, even once.

Lace has been cut.

You changed your mind because you ordered the wrong length — this will be an exchange, not a refund.

What if you got the WRONG or DAMAGED hair?
WhatsApp us within 24 hours with your Order Number + clear video/pictures. We will fix it immediately at our cost.

How to Return:

We will approve and send you the return address/collection details

You send hair back — customer pays return courier fee (R99-R150)

Once we check it, the refund is done in 3-5 working days to your original payment method. Delivery fee is non-refundable.

Exchange:
We allow 1x exchange for a different length if hair meets all conditions above.
