At Crown House By Sandy, all our hair is on PRE-ORDER to ensure you get fresh, premium – quality hair directly from our suppliers.

1. PRE-ORDER PROCESSING: 10-14 WORKING DAYS
Once you place your order and make payment, we immediately order your hair. It takes 10-14 working days for your hair to arrive at our studio.
Working days = Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. QUALITY CHECK & DISPATCH: 1-2 DAYS
When your hair arrives, we quality check, wash and package it beautifully. You will receive a WhatsApp message with a video of your hair before we ship.

3. DELIVERY: 1-4 WORKING DAYS
After the quality check, we courier it to you.

Courier & Fees:
We use The Courier Guy and Aramex.
Delivery is R99 – R150 depending on your area.

You will get a tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as we dispatch.

IMPORTANT:

Please ensure your address and cell number are correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for wrong addresses.

Delays can happen due to the supplier or courier, but we will always keep you updated on WhatsApp.

No cancellations after 24 hours because your hair is already ordered.
